The Top Golf Shoes of 2020

Every year it seems golf footwear raises the bar.  This year is no different and today we are walking you through our favorite golf shoes for 2020.  Without further adieu, let’s dive into our list of 15 favorite golf shoes.

#11:  Adidas Men’s Adicross Bounce 2.0 Spikeless Golf Shoes

Coming in at a $120.00 Price point and has 3 color options.  These shoes feature ultra-soft Cloudfoam cushioning and a Bounce midsole for incredible comfort that lasts all-day.  Adidas’ custom lacing system locks your foot in for phenomenal support on and off the course.  And the External heel support clip keeps your foot locked in and stable during contact.

#6:  Under Armour Spieth 4 GTX  

A $200 price point and comes in white.  Jordan Spieth built a very technically sound shoe with the Speith 4.  The most data-driven, obsessed-over, tested, and designed pair of men’s spiked waterproof golf shoes Under Armour has ever built.  Amazing grip with the Signature Rotational Resistance Traction grips the surface to harness power.  And GORE-TEX® technology is totally waterproof and extremely breathable, even in the worst rain.

#5:  ECCO Street Premiere  

At a $150 price point this shoe comes in 4 different color options.  Celebrate the tenth anniversary of when Fred Couples launched the hybrid footwear revolution by wearing the Ecco golf street at the 2010 Masters. An iconic, trendy look for both on and off the course.  Crafted in a tumbled, full-grain, pebbled nappa leather with an aniline finish and a plush, silky touch.  And treated with ECCO-developed hydromax® to render the upper highly water-repellent, keeping your feet dry.

#4:  Adidas Tour XT360  

$160.00 Price point and comes in 5 color options.  Worn by the likes of Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia, and Justin Rose, this shoe deserves to be near the top of the list.  Featuring highly breathable, seam-sealed protection from the elements, they’re designed with a premium leather upper for extra comfort and a locked-in feel.  The eight-cleat outsole provides enhanced grip on wet surfaces.  And the Puremotion outsole offers enhanced flexibility and grip

#3:  Footjoy Pro-SL Carbon

A $200.00 Price Point and comes in white or black.  Footjoy decided  to improve on their most popular shoe (the Pro-SL) with integrating a full-length carbon-fiber insert into the midsole to increase stability and reducing foot fatigue.  Worn by PGA tour professionals like Charlie Hoffman and Louie Oosthuizen this shoe is considered to be one of the most popular new shoes on the market.  And the Pro|SL Carbon shoes provide enhanced wrap-around comfort and no-slip fit with a soft, molded collar and conforming underfoot cushioning 

#2:  Adidas CodeChaos  

A $150.00 price point and comes in 3 color options.  After studying the way golfers swing and where they put stress on their feet, Adidas designers developed the Twistgrip, it provides forefoot traction in every angle by pointing the edges of the traction elements in every direction.  The upper of the shoe is designed using a light multi-layer mesh that makes the Codechaos more breathable. The shoe is made to be worn by elite golfers and people who play in all weather conditions so they decided to make it waterproof.  And Adidas added Boost cushioning in the heel and forefoot areas. The Torsion X stability bar that debuted in last season’s shoes also was added to the Codechaos to give players more lateral support throughout the swing.

#1:  The True Linkswear Lux Knit

Finally, our top pick for the best golf shoe for 2020 is not even available to the general public as of the writing of this post.  A $170 price point and comes in 3 color options.  The Lux Knit is our favorite shoe because it provides the latest innovation in golf shoe technology.  This shoe is as waterproof as it gets while maintaining comfort, breathability and sock-like feel.
